One & Two Penn Plaza // New York, NY

One and Two Penn Plazas are both located in mid-town Manhattan immediately adjacent to Madison Square Gardens and above Penn Station. Land Morphology has been designing seasonal plantings for three rotations a year in addition to the sculptural hedges plated in the plazas themselves. The firm oversees the plantings and works with the landscape contractor and building management to ensure the plazas are properly maintained and meet the high standards of these iconographic properties.
