Moore-Turner Heritage Garden // Spokane, WA
Richard Hartlage collaborated on the cultural landscape report for the Moore-Turner Heritage Gardens and completed the design and documentation for the $1.2 million dollar restoration. He developed the interpretation plan and graphics for the site, and created a landscape management plan for the operation of the garden. He also performed quarterly site visits for the first year to assist with managing a high standard of maintenance for the garden and ensure design intent was being maintained.
