Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect
Land Morphology is a dynamic, midsized firm based in Seattle specializing in highly designed and detailed projects. The focus of the firm’s work is estates and residential gardens with an emphasis on superb planting design. Other project types include public gardens such as Chihuly Garden and Glass and the Leach Botanical Garden in Portland, Oregon. Current work includes planting design for the Seattle Waterfront as a consultant to James Corner Field Operations and design of Yew Dell Botanical Gardens in Kentucky. Prior work includes the new Village Green at University Village in Seattle. We take pride in our technical and design standards and are known in the region for our beautiful planting design. Our work takes us to eight states.

Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded, experienced Landscape Designer/Architect who enjoys teamwork. We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office) and have a colorful and inspirational office in Belltown. This position requires employees to live within commutable distance to the Seattle metro area.
This position entails working on multiple projects of varying scale. You will support project managers and coordinate efforts with project managers and the design team. You should have strong design and drafting skills, be comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with other team members. Tasks/assignments may include graphics production, project administration, project management, sketching, preparing permitting documents, schematic design packages through development of construction documents and construction administration. Attention to detail is highly important. We provide a high level of service to our clients.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
BSLA/BLA in landscape architecture required.
Three to five years of applicable experience in a professional setting
Ability to develop construction details
Strong graphics skills and attention to detail
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, and Land FX; demonstrated ability to produce construction drawings in accordance with standards.
Familiarity with local codes
SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Lumion and Enscape great too.
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work remotely and in-office
Time management proficiency
Exceptional organizational skills
Desire to work collaboratively with others
Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills

Pay Rate $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
