BelRoy Apartments // Seattle, WA

The new BelRoy Apartments located in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle, were developed to have a rich garden setting. Street-side plantings are dense and soften the modern architecture. Two interior courtyards provide ample and secure space for residents to enjoy the outdoors. The three story buildings are screened from one another with groves of magnolias and Japanese cedars to create an urban forest and provide privacy between the buildings. A common vegetable garden is also available and ipe sceens separate individual patios for the ground floor units.
